My stay at Iberostar Waves Tucan was enjoyable overall. The location was perfect for exploring Playa del Carmen, but I did find the dining options a bit limited. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, though I expected a bit more luxury from the amenities.
The rooms were spacious and clean, featuring comfortable beds and lovely views. I really appreciated how well the cleaning staff kept everything tidy throughout my stay.
The service was attentive and friendly, but there were moments when I felt the staff could have been more proactive in assisting with my inquiries. It wasn't a huge issue, but it did stand out at times.
The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and local shops. I loved having easy access to everything I wanted to explore in Playa del Carmen.
While I enjoyed the dining atmosphere, the variety of options felt a bit limited. I especially liked the whole wheat bread rolls, which were a nice healthier choice.

I had a wonderful stay at Iberostar Waves Tucan. the vibrant surroundings and beautiful beach were amazing. However, the dining options, while varied, could use a little more flair. especially with the hamburgers, which felt a bit standard.
